We have plans from 1 month for events, projects or operational peaks, and 12, 24 and 36-month plans with lower rates for permanent workstations.
Support and maintenance are included. If it can't be repaired right away, we deliver a replacement unit so nobody stops working.
Yes. When the contract ends you can renew with new equipment, extend the rental or buy the units at their residual value.
Yes. We deliver with the operating system, licenses, antivirus, your corporate domain and whatever software your team needs, plus documented inventory.
It depends on the term. If you'll use the device for more than 4 years and have cash available, buying can be cheaper. If you need to refresh every 2–3 years, don't want to tie up capital, or prefer support and replacement included, renting usually wins. We show you the comparison with real numbers before you decide.
From 1 device. From 10 devices onward we apply volume pricing and assign an account manager to your company.
We offer both lines: brand-new devices with factory warranty, and certified refurbished units inspected by us at a lower rate. You choose based on budget.
Before we pick up any device we perform certified secure erasure of the drives and hand you the corresponding certificate.
Yes. We rent by day, week or month for training sessions, trade shows, audits, peak seasons and temporary projects, with on-site delivery and setup.
About working with Engynex
For one-time projects we work with 50% upfront and 50% on delivery; large projects are split into milestones. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. We accept bank transfer, PSE and card.
No. All published values are in Colombian pesos before VAT. The formal quote shows the full breakdown.
Every development includes a warranty on functional defects (2 to 6 months depending on the plan). We fix any failure attributable to our work at no cost.
One-time projects have no minimum term. Monthly plans are agreed for 3 or 12 months depending on the service, and it's always in writing before we start.
Yes. We serve clients across Latin America remotely and can invoice in US dollars when needed.
